01 — Services
Service-Based Policy
As a service-based business, Salon Kula Kumari does not offer returns on completed services. However, we strive to ensure every client is fully satisfied.
- If you are not satisfied with a service, please inform us within 24 hours.
- We may offer a service correction or adjustment where appropriate.
- Corrections are evaluated on a case-by-case basis.
02 — Appointments
Cancellation & Rescheduling
We understand that plans may change. Please follow these guidelines:
- Cancellations must be made at least 12 hours in advance.
- Late cancellations or missed appointments may be subject to a cancellation fee.
- Appointments can be rescheduled based on availability.
03 — Payments
Refund Policy
All payments made for services are generally non-refundable. Exceptions may apply under the following conditions:
- Duplicate or accidental payments.
- Services that could not be delivered due to salon-related issues.
- Approved cases where service quality did not meet agreed standards.
Refunds, if approved, will be processed using the original payment method.
04 — Products
Retail Product Returns
If you purchase retail products from our salon:
- Products must be returned within 7 days of purchase.
- Items must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging.
- Used or opened products are not eligible for return due to hygiene reasons.
05 — Gift Cards
Gift Cards & Packages
- Gift cards and prepaid packages are non-refundable.
- They may be transferable upon request.
- Expiration dates (if applicable) must be respected.
06 — Exceptions
Special Considerations
We aim to be fair and flexible. Exceptional cases may be reviewed at management discretion.
